The stand is perfect for boxing, fitness, martial arts, and MMA  training.  This stand includes a built-in speed bag to further improve your coordination agility. Made of heavy-duty metal: This VEVOR folding heavy-bag stand is made of a thick iron frame with powder coating on the surface. It is durable and steady enough to bear a weight of 132 lbs. 

VEVOR Folding Heavy Bag Stand - Another heavy-bag stand that is really designed for the home gym. We felt that the extended heavy-bag arm was too short causing the heavy-bag to knock against the bar bracket. We did like the telescope feature which allows the user to lower and raise the heavy-bag. A bit too light for a commercial gym environment. You can’t beat the low price!
